We’re using DAO to ship our merch and records in Denmark and PostNord internationally.
Once your order is dispatched you should receive a confirmation including your tracking number to the email provided. If for some reason you do not this receive please get in touch with us.
Following payment your order will be processed and readied for shipment within 7 workdays. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination of the order. Items are shipped from Copenhagen (Denmark) and depending on your location can take 1-3 weeks for US and European (usually only a week) deliveries and about 1-6 weeks for the rest of the world.
Please check the shipping date/release date on your purchase as you may be purchasing a pre-order due for release or re-press. If you change address during this period it is your responsibility to update your order or email change of address to us directly.
If your item needs to be re-shipped due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
Depending on where you live you may incur a Customs Duty or import VAT for goods sent from abroad. PCC is not responsible for any additional fees.
Return Policy
We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase when you receive it. But we understand that mail handlers can be rough / packages are left in the sun and records do arrive bent from time to time. If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return it to us, in perfect condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. We will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (but not the postage and packaging).
Goods returned must be as “new” with no damage. That is, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be required to cover the cost of postage to return the items. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@pinkcottoncandyrecords.com
All returns must be accompanied by original invoice / receipt and a written explanation of why you are returning the goods.
